The latest LidoLido-single is still getting heavy airplay and we are sitting on some really cool material. On Friday 24th, a limited edition vinyl(!!) titled "Different - Special Remix Edition" will be released, containing exclusive mind-blowing remixes. It will be available at Platekompaniet, CDON.com and a few selected shops around Norway. Make sure you get one!

Peder Losnegård was born October 26th 1992. He spent his first years beating up his mom's pots and pans, and jamming to his dad's gospel records. At the age of two, a kind uncle gave him a plastic drum kit for Christmas and after years of drumming, Peder started writing songs and playing the piano. Coincidences, like Kirk Franklin, a beat-making program on his dad's computer and Cody Berkland, an exchange student from Chicago, led him to fall in love with hip hop music. Today, he makes melodic Good-guy hip hop where his musicality and wide background of genres is reflected.

Around the age of 13, Peder took the artistic name LidoLido and published a series of free online mix tapes. Famous for his energetic live shows and catchy hooks, Lido became the hottest up and coming act in Norway. The 18-year old rapper, producer and songwriter is currently signed to Universal Music Norway and his latest single, Different, is his biggest success so far, becoming a huge radio hit in Norway. His debut album, produced and written entirely by Lido himself, is currently in the making and is scheduled to be released in the autumn of 2011.
